2nd course: Maryland Jumbo Lunp Crab Cake paired with Penfolds, Seventy Siz, Shiraz Cabernet, Koonunga Hill, Australia 2018

3rd course: Australian 150 day Barley Fed Ribeye paired with Luis Canas, Reserva, Rioja, Spain 2016
