things i hate at the moment.
why do we have group meetings?
>>> so that we can collate wat we have done since the last meeting and move on from there?
>>> so that we can see how far we have done and decide on wat to do next?

but no...some pple prefers to do their stuff during group meetings! then wat have they been doing for those few days??? and so right now things are moving really slow...and final submission is like 7 days away. *sheesh*
what's wrong with these pple?
i question myself endlessly on this topic after meeting them for the past month...
it is really hard to tell them wat to do because all of us are on the same level. whereas in an office, grp work can be much easier because there is a hierachy in some way, the leader will tell u wat to do. and everyone works towards the dateline. u do it and voila. we get the product.
but who is to tell who wat to do? and who follows the dateline? have i been too foolish?
painful...painful....
disappointed....
