*sob sob* and goodbye 2005...cos once 2006 is here, my melbourne days will be arriving real soon...dun wanna go back to skul!
just came back from shanghai, the weather there was quite cold. or rather the time that when i was there with wj. we visited quite a few touristy places in shanghai...the old buildings there are really something different compared to shenzhen. also there were lotsa new funny things to eat which you cant find here in shenzhen! things like strawberries coated with malted candy on a satay stick, deep fried battered fish and small crabs as finger food on a cold winter's day! WONDERFUL!
*heehee, me mountain turtle mah, haven been to shanghai yet so this is a virgin's visit for me!*
and lotsa steaming hot xiaolongbaos and congee and tangyuans at the famous YuYuan Gardens...
Think the most beautiful sight for me was the UFO-like oriental Pearl tower!!! cos it's spheres are PINK!!!!!!!! muahahha! so pink that when the sun is shining on it, it reflects pink glows on the road! B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L!!!
we also visited the JinMao Tower, the beautiful Bund and of cos M on the Bund too...and i even tried the Spore Jack's Place restaurant along NanJing Road...okies lah. oh...and we visited the RenMin GuangChang and Shopping belt aka Spore's Orchard road:HuaiHai Road...Had some coffee at Starbucks...didnt do any shopping cos velley poor....*tis is true, shall tell u girls more when i get back, horrible pay i get i tell u, hmph...*
