ritey, so to cap it all for the first day of cambodia, we had dinner at Dead Fish tower, recommended by many. I guess because it was well-known for its apsara show (7pm everyday). BUT!!!!
becos that day was Vday, sobsob, the restaurant had no apsara dance! and only had a singer singing cambodian songs....(great) i dun understand a word u are singing mister....i wonder does the many angmohs there do????
Anyway we ordered the khmer set. The chicken with sliced ginger and onions were terrific. The red curry and green curry was so-so. Overall i think the food isn't as good as Red Piano.
The place was quite interesting though. Many mezzanine levels and each level had different furniture to go along. Our level was like those japanese tea-house where u sit on the floor mat. There was a level where there were wooden furniture, a level with beach furniture too...quite refreshing. Overall lighting was abit dark for me...oh, dun try their Thai ice milk tea, not nice. *bleah*
