Lunch was ok. Grilled chicken. Hubs enjoyed it while I thought it was on the salty side. And we got to try the local cheese flat bread, something similar to a pizza.
And before we visited the Museum of 13th century Philosopher Celaleddine Rumi, hubs tried to catch a Mr Mime outside the compound but it ran away!!!
i was so so upset.
thankfully another Mr Mime showed up in the compounds again and hubs caught this one. OMG. now i can finally enjoy the rest of my turkey trip.
We visited a 700 year old ancient caravanserai - found along the Silk Road where merchants travel between Asia and Europe in the past (think Marco Polo) and the Sultans (during the ottoman period) built these caravans for the merchants to spend the night and a place for their camels to rest.
so fast. Half my turkey journey has past.
