i decided to take a stroll to tanglin mall since i needed some contact lens solution. at home was the old Renu one and god forbid me to use it since it's causing infections in so many people's eyes now!
i walked almost past the police post when i decided to hop onto bus 105 and stopped outside shaw. OMG, isetan was having sale...i went in for a walk and saw that MNG was having sale as well!!!! but....*waaa...loud sobs and outbursts* it was a preview sale for VIP MNG customers!!! and sad to say, i haven been buying MNG clothes for the past 1.5years to qualify for being it's VIP....*sob sob* disappointed...i left the scene, what else can i do? *crestfallen*
wisma isetan: aiyoh the forever21 also having sale. *hands cover eyes* i quickly walked into watsons and got my solution... it was a sunny afternoon and it was such a waste to go back to my room and unpack the afternoon away...so i went Shaw's TCC and had a Ti-rum-misu! (really pretty with lace chocolate on the side, 1 strawberry and an orange looking cherry as decoration, plus 3 pcs of biscotti. too bad i didnt have my camera, if not i will snap it and let u gals see! velley pretty!) and a skinny latte with 2 bite size biscuits on the side...and there i sat for about 2 hours and finished TotoChan...and almost wept a few tears...but i held them back. It was a very touching story about a young girl being 'lost' and how she was enrolled into this 'different' school and had the most amazing childhood.and as she wrote about how her classmate died of polio...that was one of the sad bits...the other was when the schoolmaster stood there and saw his school burnt into flames from the war...
but altogether it was a really wonderful afternoon, someone to wait on me, a good book, a skinny latte and a velley delicious tiRUMisu...but
i miss u gals alot.
