finally met up with my ex powerpuff girls! but i forgot to bring my camera! *TEH* Dinner was set at one norths' - North Border bar and grill.
however, pengz has a 2megapixel camera in her hp so we happily took some photos of our food and drinks! it was magarita nite on mondays and so all sorts of flavoured margaritas were going for $8 per glass!

pengz had a mango while i had a lychee one! sad too say the flavour wasn't as robust as the colour of the drink! whilst we were waitin for joelle to come...we happily slurp on our drinks! and i did something so bimbo (as usual) which cost pengz to start laughing hysterically.

oh wells...what to do...dinner for me was a chicken salad (had a pinch of curry powder flavour! not very yummy...), joelle had a scallop salad and pengz had something that came like a fan shaped. erm i have no idea was it was ...think it was spelt quesadillas or something. (bleah) but it tasted real good! plus it was shaped like the handbag which i had my eye on!!!! both the gals shared a jack-ass burning hot buffalo wings which turned out wasnt jack ass hot! joelle said it tasted like sweet and sour spicy pork! so the waitress didnt know our true strengths of spicy tolerance man cos when both joelle and pengz wanted to order the burn-ur-ass hot level wings, the waitress warned them that it was gg to be real spicy so they ordered one level down...and regretted at their choice.

as the nite went on, we adjorned to the watering hole beside the restauraant (One Rochester)...and chatted till late. Joelle wanted some cool comfort so we opted for indoors. gals...u might wanna bring a cardi along cos inside is way beyond cool! it's COLD!

This time round i wanted my regular doze of coffee but they didnt have it at that hour! tsk tsk! had to settle for alcohol instead! The drinks list is extensive, with wines from around the world supplemented by cocktails and boutique beers. i had a strawberry diaquiri this time...okie lah, the only consolation that it was fushia in colour! It was an ostensibly wine bar with beautiful people basking in it's balinese style interiors to be seen than just a pure watering hole.

yups...pretty quiet nite but in the company of good friends...which makes it altogether a nite well spent!
