my last set of shoes from china before i left. cos i refused to be outdone by local singaporeans charging me double the price of the shoes when i can get it much cheaper! so me and wj combed the shoe shopping complex for my weave shoes and although it wasnt the shade i wanted but i was happy that i got it cheap.
bought the stripey one cos it looks so yacht-ing like. and stripes are IN. Not very cheap but can do. Cost me $8 SDG.
The slippers was on sale for $6 SDG (miserly sale i would say), it caught my eye on the streets in HK so might as well buy it here in china where it's much cheaper! There are silver blings blings on the thongs of the slipper. Quite cute plus the inner sole has a sweet floral print.
i went back to Far East and a couple of my china shoes were selling for $29.90. heehee...so im pretty pleased with myself. Though there are quite a few pretty pairs there which i didnt get to see in china. Maybe they were from Guangzhou.(wj says)
hmm...wat else did i see? oh then at Chameleon (the shop that sells million and one accessories)..yah i saw plastic hairbands (thin ones) gg for $1.90 when it's selling at 60c in china. Shucks should have bought it there...thick ones were gg for $3.90!!! so expensive! Think Melbourne's Carrington is much cheaper! might as well go back to melbourne then buy man. oh, there was this Livia shop that was selling plain coloured rubberbands INDIVIDUALLY when in china, it's sold by half the dozen at only 50c.
yup gals, so if u get the chance to shop in china. (branded bags aside) must Grab! cos there's no turning back once u get back to singapore shores.
