Did you know...
The word spa, taken from the name of the famous mineral springs in Spa, Belgium, has become a common noun denoting any place with a medicinal or mineral spring. Less well known is its Eastern New England sense, "soda fountain," probably an allusion to the carbonated or "mineral" water that is a staple ingredient of many soda fountain concoctions.
The many meanings behind the word Spa. Take for instance the Kedaton Tropical Spa includes a variety of services from manicure and pedicure! Hand, foot and head massage, Swedish massage, Javanese massage; body scrubs and of cos the whole pampering package for couples seeking to bask themselves in those floral baths
one word, different services.
one word, different services.
now i suddenly remembered some crude stuff. wonder should i say here...
u know masseuses....some are pure services while others may eh-hem. So during lunch one day my colleague was saying that in singapore, the masseuse will ask you whether do you want "special services" and then in thailand, apparently they ask... " happy ending sir?" hmm...i wish that children will not know the other true meaning of happy ending till they are older in years. Rob them of their innocence... i know snow white and prince charming had a happy ending is just about good enough for me.
