VictoriaMarket: 2 hungry persons. we walked straight to the foodcourt and bought fish and chips...wj got lattes for the both of us. and he's all cladded in new clothes from head to toe! it was a slow morning... and there was abit of sunlight too..though the weather was still very cold. i guess fish and chips werent really filling for me, so i told wj that i needed a bradswurst! haha...the back alleys were all filled up so we crossed over to the opposite lane where a country guitarist was baskering...not bad at all, whilst we sat there, there was a couple who bought the guitarist coffee! and we didnt want to be freeloaders...wj popped a $2 coin into his guitar box... hmm... the guitarist bear an uncanny resemblance to the late elvis...probably it's the shades and sideburns he had...
after buying a tray of fish fillets, strawberries from the market, we walked back to the apt...and happened to chance upon this building...all dilapidated and moss growing all over it...although it didnt look like the'secret garden' but it still has something unique about it...
and im the chef for the nite! whipped up a chicken stew, stir fried veggie with bacon bits (wj fave!) and stir fried ginger with a dash of spring onions and fish fillet bought from this morning...
sweet desserts! my favourite homemade chocolate fondue. chocolate from cadbury and strawberries from vicmart and oranges from saveway. haha...all under $10 and definitely serves more than just 2 pax!
