D a y 0 3 - Seongsan Sunrise Peak

After our sumptous abalone porridge breakfast, a stupid stopover at the Rape Seed flower farm...i could have just snooze warmly on the coach...NOW, it's time to burn those fats baby!

and woohoo...can you see that hill behind me in the first picture???
Yups that's the one we're gonna climb today!!!

puff puff....

and the attraction at Seongsan Sunrise Peak wasn't the sunrise but a grey bunny!!! How did that little fella climb all the way up there? and there's no grass up there either!! wonder how he survived? Must have heard our footsteps and decided to take the risk to see whether do we have any sympathy food for him!

oh wells and the little fella wasn't shy either...he hippity hopped across the wooden planks and lingered long enough for everyone to oooh and aaah over him and snapped some pictures too!!! what a superstar!

back down at the foot of the hill, i bought a can of coffee!!! GOSH...i really need some especially in this kind of time! u know what time we woke up that morning??? i think it was like 5-ish...it was dark when we finished breakfast.

Korea Day 03 - Seongsan Sunrise Peak Part II

here we are again in Korea!

a seashell that is so big that it can hide 2 kids!

Day 03 in Korea - s u b m a r i n e t o u r

just wanted to say that i didn't enjoy this so called "spectacular" submarine ride. *bleah*
The fishes were small, the corals OMG...was that even considered as one??? Pardon me cos the window was so blue that I can't tell that it was a coral and was it in a blue colour???

the only thing which excite me was that i manage to see a starfish which wasn't blue! But hey i can get to touch a starfish at our underwater world man!...why did i come so far just to be able to see a starfish?!

*sigh*
and i so need to wee wee

yeah, bye bye submarine ride!

i think for those meat lovers out there, they will LOVE singaporea's tours to KOREA becos...everyday is MEAT and more MEAT besides the usual kimchi, big-headed beansprouts that looked so ALIEN-like. AND...it's refillable!!!

That's why the store owners are so afraid of china people going to their restaurants to eat for free!!! According to our guide, the chinese can eat up to 5 servings!!! Our table usually refill once. Yao Gui rite those china chinese...tsk tsk. maybe they are Er Gui...ie hungry ghosts.

After lunch, it was trip down to the tangerine farms. And everyone of us gets a chance to pluck 2 oranges down from the tree. It's an experiential journey and not meant for consumption cos the oranges are really sour!!! The good ones have already been harvested and waiting by roadsides for tourists like us to buy. Anyway what was left were the horrible ones for tourists like us aka suaku , all giggly and taking lots of photos to pick.

Below are some of my process...pain + photo taking + treasure hunting

here are the ones fronting the roads. Looks good from afar, but hey they are all fakes ones...the ugly real ones are behind!

oooo...definitely a tourist spot! see they even have swings for you to pose in.

me in search for my lucky tangerine...come here...orange!

me: huh...how come no tangerines at all?!?!?!

i found one! But it was spotty white, think it must be having orange pimples. And it's so puny. Dun wan, i shall pick one that is pretty pretty.

OMG i think i have found the one!

help help! it looks higher than i thot it was! ARGH!!!

pretty leaves in the winter. Haven fallen to the ground yet.

Day 03 in Korea - Horse Riding!

after the eeky submarine tour, we went HORSE RIDING!!! Breathe of fresh air!!! Can't tell u how stuffy the submarine tour ride was...
hmmph! im going to complain here...cos if you noticed...the whole montage of horse riding has only mr goh rite??!!??!!

cos he only ride his horse and neber help me take any photos!!! and you know all the range horses there, there were only 2 white ones and we were so lucky to ride on them while the rest rode the brown ones!!! and HE NEBER TAKE ANY PHOTOS OF ME!!!! *waa....waa..*

ritey, will stop being a spoilsport and continue my blog. After the awesome ride...cos i had the whip to smack my horse butt to go fast!!! it was quite exhilarating! the horse owner kept saying.."ta pi ku" then i was thinking ...hmm was that the horses' name???

then i realised that he wanted me to take my whip and hit the backside lah - da2 pi1 ku3...aiyoh his korean accent ah, speak mandarin i also dun understand a word he is saying.

After the ride, we went to view the coastal sights at Jusangjeolli, where we saw amazing hexagonal shaped formations. It's really wonderful how nature is! Reminds me of the Great Ocean road's 12 apostles...but this is so unnaturally weird at how nature makes stone "column" ??? One would think that nature makes things in an organic way, smooth and curvy, but these stones were so straight and boxy! like it came out from a cookie cutter!

riteys...stay tune for more info and photos!
