Shoes - Bought online

Always wanted to try buying shoes online although I never did try because I was afraid that the shoes will not fit. Unlike clothes where there's more flexibility - we can wear it loose. Shoes when it doesn't fit means it will eventually bite your heels or toes if you tried to squeeze your feet into them.

So what I did was to visit the Charles and Keith shop and tried on the shoes before buying. Then I made an online purchase when there was a promotion on free delivery! Shoes can be quite heavy to lug home when you don't have a car. seriously.

so here are my online buys from our local brand Charles and Keith!

i super like this velvet strappy heels!

Happy 7th Anniversary at Lime Park Royal

it's a tuesday weekday buffet at LIME.
i took annual leave for this special occasion. Hubs didn't managed to do an early booking for the buffet so we didn't mind that we only qualify for the 20% discount via UOB cards. However after eating halfway, the manager came and told us that there was a cancellation and we were eligible for the UOB 1-for-1 buffet which totally made my day!!!

i was so happy and the total bill came up to $56 for the two of us including taxes.

I'm a happy gal!!!

btw i'm 7 months preggy now.

Happy 7th Anniversary

Time has passed so quickly that hubs and I have been married for 7 years today! And now we are awaiting the arrival of baby jade, a newcomer to our family.

I guess a watch as a present is most appropriate to remind us of the times we have spent through together. Happy times and difficult times.

And this watch of ours will continue to tick as we grow old together.

Happy anniversary Jie.

Seoul Yummy at ION and Hoshino Coffee at Plaza Singapura

Left the boys at Yishun and went down to ION to have lunch at Seoul Yummy. I'm wearing lipstick today! We ordered the set for 2 pax - Army stew + side dishes + plate of 3 layer braised pork belly + dessert and added 2 cups of iced Yuzu jelly tea.

belly pork

Army Stew

Dessert - Best Friend Forever

After our sumptous lunch at ION Seoul Yummy, we head down to Plaza Singapura Spotlight to buy some cloth because I'm starting on baby Jade's bunting. After shopping, rested our feet at Hoshino Coffee and I ordered their famous pancake souffle style with Ganache chocolate but it took bloody long to come, like 45mins! Gosh. And it cost $13.50.

I'm not sure about wanting to pay $13.50 again to wait for such a long time to get my dessert.

Mad for Garlic

Hubs came early to my office and we decided to have some 二人世界。
I wanted to eat some pasta and hubs recommended Mad for Garlic. A Korean restaurant that sells garlic themed cuisine.

We ordered cream garlic mussels for starters, arrabiata for hubs and Red devil for me. Turns out red devil is too chinoise for me so I took hubs arrabiata. Hohoho.
A date with an architect.

I thought I was going to have a romantic dinner with hubs. After ordering our food, he turned to me and ask me whether do I have a pen. So I passed him my pen and he turned the paper place mat around and said : I going to draw you my dream house!

Babymoon | Hong Kong Day 4 - Last day...

Hubs was googling for Dim sum at Mongkok area because i grumbled that we haven't ate dim sum yet since we came to HK. So we tried dimdimsum dimsum at Mongkok after reading some positive reviews about this place.

i think i still miss Tim Ho Wan when it was located just behind my hotel!!!

Liu Sha Bao in the shape of little piglets. very cute but i think back home Canton Dynasty ones are way much better.
 Har Gao...also ok.

Bo Luo Baos....yes this is one that I really prefer Tim Ho Wans. There's no char siew inside but real pineapple chunks...so it's a sweet stuffing. I much like a savoury filling with a crusty top that looks like a pineapple rather than getting the real pineapples. Plus it was really a bun texture and no where close to Tim Ho Wan's flaky baked crust....OMG...probably have to go back to SG to settle my cravings.

after dim sum, Hubs wanted to go to this toy shop in TST to try to find a miniature version of his subaru impreza. Yup he got it alright. After he has gotten his toy, we went to Island Beverly and La Foret to walk around...and settled our feet at RBT.

Grilled cheeze crisp....lousy.

Tham Zai Suan Lai Fen (潭仔酸辣粉)this is really good. But you have to add more ingredients on top of the normal bowl of nooodles. I added vegetables while hubs had the pork cheek slices.

Sour and spicy. I almost drank up all the soup.
Serving portion was just right but the service was so slow!!!

More buys from the street markets...more falsies for me, socks for everyone which i bought from Jardine Crescent ($100 for 10 pairs of socks) and minion pjs ($38 each) for the boys.

Che Zai Min...the soup is sooo sooo good!!!

more last minute shopping for myself, MIL and mummy.
