Yes, our poor doggie has gotten mites on his forehead and it has been scratching like crazy until it bled. So Daddy and Mummy brought him to the vet for some medicine and cream and to prevent further scratching, he is wearing a lampshade now!

Some random photos to usher in the new year.

more photos of my dogs. Both are rather camera shy. So either they are looking away, or they'll move away. It's really tough taking photos of pets! We try so hard to get their attention in order for them to look in the eye of the camera.

that's me, taking to get Frosty's attention with the red ribbons. Too bad, he's ignoring me as if he knows what I was up too! Mum thinks he's really intelligent...hmmm....

my new toy for the new year - Panasonic Lumix GF1 in red!!! What an auspicious colour yah??!!! And i LURVE IT!!! Because firstly I needed a new camera for a really long time now, secondly, it can take really low lighting photos as its aperture can be opened quite wide. Thirdly, it's RED!!!

My latest flatties for the new year! Lots of visiting to do this year as the new year holidays are pretty long considering that it stretches over the weekend. And of cos, this is our virgin year of distributing red packets to the younger generation. Feels really weird. hmm, almost akin to reaching adult-hood. Sound weird huh. Yup, i feel weird too. Anyway, my new flatties are doing its job very well so far. No blisters whatsoever. YAY!

2010

Like always, our reunion dinner will always have us sitting around the steamboat with loads of seafood, meat and vegetables! The only difference this year was that my steamboat reunion was a reunion lunch instead of dinner as WJ and I have to pop over to my in-laws place for reunion dinner.

Sunday Brunch

PS CAFE
Saturday brunch with the gals, but last minute, Elle couldn't make it because of work. So Pengs and I met at Dempsey's PS cafe for a good hearty breakfast.
I had the PS cafe big breakfast, my choice of poached eggs and beef sausage. The beef sausage was a mistake as it was really tough, and the bacons were very hard. Looks good but taste wasn't up to par.
Pengs Chicken parmagianni fared better. Looks appetising and tastes just as good! So there's the better choice if you ever go to PS cafe for brunch people!

For dessert, we shared a citrus orange cake with a dollop of vanilla ice cream to finish our lovely duo gathering which of cos it's missing its third party - ELLE...

ritey, just to cap this little blog, a picture of me and my frosty!!! It's been quite awhile i last posted a photo of him..and he looks abit grouchy here cos he doesn't really like to take photos...

Just face detection and beauty shot to play with but a reasonable enough 12.2-megapixel sensor and 3x optical zoom. There's still image stabilisation, not that you'll really need it at that magnification, and although you'll get more functionality on a cameraphone these days, they ES17 will probably still give you a better picture.

the cons are that it's pretty slow on response, use of AA battery, so you gotta get your own rechargeable ones.
