Dinner by the esplanade

i'm sure many of you would have dined at the Marina Food Loft by now, ever since it has rejuvenated into a new face, opened its doors and introduced a more spacious, well-lit eating place for the locals and the bonus point which i really must commend upon is the beautiful view that the foodcourt is actually facing! look! the 'durian' is just behind me as we eat...and so is singapore's signature skyline!

Fishy Business

come sea what we have in the pan! MUSSELS! Calamari, huge luscious deep golden fries sprinkled with salt and lemon juice, 2 fillets of dory, 10 red piping hot prawns on a bed of raisin rice!

we all having a jolly good time, especially daddy who fished for a pan of sambal fish which had him trickling sweat all over his brows! SHIOK ah and FIERY hot hot hot!

Chinese New Year once more in Chinatown!

the guys are all hard at work getting all the brocades of flowers up above the roads this festive season!

Bitches Wanted!

Woofings!

it's frosty blogging here...lately, it's all about bloggin and vlogging! Woofs! so i have decided to use my mistress's site to promote myself abit! I'm 4 years old, very sexy with adorable eyes and looking for a friendly cute bitch with 4 paws and a waggy tail, poodles (eh-hem.. white pls) are most welcome. Please if u are 1m in length and standing at 50cm tall, don't bother replying back to me, i don't think i can satisfy u in any way, i'm quite petit and so are the other parts of me but they are in tip top condition! 我的午餐

K o r e a n b i b i m b a p ! ! ! !
Ingredients
Spinach, Mushrooms, Bean Sprouts, Cucumber, Zucchini, Lettuce, Carrot, Ground Beef
(i used chicken here), Egg, Black Pepper, Salt, Sesame Oil, Gochujang *

*Gochujang is a hot paste made of soy. It is used in many Korean dishes and can be purchased in any Korean market.

Method
1. Julienne the cucumber, soak them in salt water for 30 min. Drain water.
2. Boil spinach and bean sprouts separately for 10 minutes. Drain the water; season with salt.
3. Cut mushrooms and zucchini into thin slices and pan fry them in a little bit of oil.
4. Pan fry the ground beef in oil with salt and black pepper for taste. ( i used honey to marinate my chicken so it's abit tangy sweet!)
5. Julienne the lettuce into thin slices.
6. Place all ingredients over a bowl of rice (hotpot), crack an egg, heat it over large fire.
7. Just before eating, add a dash of sesame oil and a spoon of gochujang. Mix and enjoy!

the VOODOO doll

gotten for me from dearest biaojie. It's a harvard or maybe it's an oxford VOODOO doll which brings good luck and clear mind to the student who he is looking after! (which is yours truly of cos!) i guess it works since i got all my HDs and honours and so right now, it's hanging beside my bed...resting for being hard at work throughout the semester.

Biaojie's been crazy(no...think fanatic) over this voodoo business! she has 2 voodoo dolls on her keys! and one voodoo doll on her bag! and it seems that which ever guy she sets her eyes on, he will not be able to escape her charms!!! *incredible..rolls eyes*
