Fish Porridge (serves 1)
- 1. one handful of rice goes into the microwave bowl, add lotsa water (up to your discretion!), next place the rice on high for 30mins.
- 2. Slice the fish real thinly.
- 3. Slice the ginger, chop the spring onions.
- 4. After 30mins, add in the fish and spring onions. Stir. Place it back into the microwave for another 5mins.
- 5. Garnish with fried shallots and spring onions.
Taduh! microwaved porridge. not instant but very fresh! see mum, it's not always instant noodles!!!
