here is the secret recipe to the tantalising tiramisu! and before you is our master chef tinetine yeo. all ready in her white apron and missing chef hat.
and here is our pretty asst chef, biaojie who has come a long way from woodlands to lend us a helping hand! so first thing first. Hygiene! everyone who is making the tiramisu should wash their hands!!!!
here are the ingredients (serves 12pax) :- Lady's fingers(one packet)
- Kahlua (ur discretion)
- Yoghurt (1 tub)
- Macarpone (1 tub)
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp Sugar
and of cos what is tiramisu without a strong dash of expresso (we chose illy) ...i guess nescafe will do too, but i tell you first, it wun be as fragrant as illy or those freshly grounded coffee beans! and yes the whole family is making the tiramisu....hahah
and besides preparing the coffee, we need to separate the yolks from the egg whites and that person who is gg to do that is none other than our photographer velle! hehehe...
after separating the egg whites from the yolk, add in the mascarpone! all of it! the whole tub!!!
