Day 02 > 桂林 > 阳朔 > 兴坪漓江风光

Morning started off really early at 7am, breakfast at 730am and set off at 8am!

As u can see here, the china people are up really early! grabbing and piling all the free flow of breakfast on their plates.

Lots of fruits sellers along the dusty road. Pit-stop: for nature calling... while i got down to take some pictures of pomelos and persimmons! The locals were drying the fruits for sale! after eating one, our tour guide told us not to buy and eat those sold along the roads, becos the locals use their feet to flatten the dried persimmons...*faints* now she tells me. She continued to say that those sold in the factories are safe. clean and under hygiene control.

***journey on coach***

After breakfast, zoom off the Yangshuo 阳朔, which was approximately 1.5hours coach ride away from Guilin. Best time to catch some forty winks man....not to mention that almost drooled! Can't help it, head bobbing up and down on the coach, how can not drool...*slurps* kekeke

Finally we reached YangShuo 阳朔...and becos it was a saturday, coaches were not allowed near the ferry spot!

So...We had to take a DianBingChe 电冰车 ($1 per person for a ride), very similar to those tuktuk in BKK to a scenic spot where we caught the ferry ride along the 漓江 river. The place where we were visiting was a scenic backdrop of the Guilin Mountains which can be found on the back of the 20 dollar RMB. COOL....

Some photos which i took on the street while waiting for our turn on the ferry ride. The ride cost about $20RMB per person. Lasted for an hour. It goes all the way down the river and back upstream again.
