Using a casserole instead of claypot, the same recipe which you can find online can be applied here.
The rice doesn't stick to the pot base at all and the rice turned out good too, although no charred rice but hey, it's more healthy this way! The taste comes mostly from the sauce to drip it over the rice.
other tips: good wined chinese sausages and thick flower chinese mushrooms also adds flavour, robustness and texture to the this dish.
