Happy 4th day of the Lunar New Year and it is Friday already!
After Siafern and Joey left, hubs started on his pengcai, or yipingguo. Whatever it is, it is a pot full of goodies!!! Home baked roast pork, broccoli, flower carrots, mushrooms, beancurd skin, roasted chicken, tiger prawns, baby abalones and a rich chicken stock.
