lspent the weekend baking! quite tiring as i had to stand by the stove and stir the pineapple jam for half an hour or so before it was done. The other tough part was grating the pineapple and squeezing the juice out! PHEW!
li spreaded the project across the sat and sun as i overlooked on my butter bit...too little butter in the house and i made too much jam! anyway, both daddy and wj loves the pineapple tarts.
Daddy said : once u start, you cant stop...as he makes his second trip to the kitchen after leaving it with a mouthful of tarts just 5 seconds ago!
well i guess this will be the endx of my baking cum cooking sessions as im all rested enuff to board on a new mission, beginning next week.
