and here is mr goh demonstrating to us...on how to eat a samsui chicken back in the old days.

it's been quite awhile since we went to a restaurant and ate something nice. Almost everyday we have been eating at hawker centres or foodcourts, so life was getting a wee bit monotonous. So wj suggested to go to soup restaurant at the galleria for a nice weekend dinner. So shiok!!! as what the locals will have put it. We didnt have to stand like a hawk and rush to get a table, we had a waitress to serve us from head to toe, pour our soups and top up our chrysanthemun teas...
We ordered the set dinner for 2 which includes their famous samsui chicken, soup of the day (lotus root doubled boiled with pork ribs), FanShuYe veggies, stir-fried sliced fish bathed in soya sauce and dessert. And after all those goodies, we were filled to the brim and walked all the way home.
