Try to book a half day tour either at hotel conceirge or small shops along Pantai Cenang.

Lunch@Boat Restaurant. Cheap and good.
Visit Night Market. Check out the tourist map which shows the night market locations for various nights.
Best to end the night? MASSAGE!
Day 02
Go for Half day tour. In our case, we did the Mangrove tour.

Lunch by tour.
Visit Oriental Village.
Take cable car ride and walk the sky bridge.
Dinner at Telaga Harbour.
Day 03
Breakfast at "The Loaf". Opened by the famous Mahathia.
Visit Kuah Town.
Drop by Langkawi Fair Shopping Mall to buy local products and souvenirs back for friends and family.
Visit Jetty Point. Take photo with big iconic eagle for remembrance sake.
Dinner at Orchid Restaurant. Cheap!!!
Day 04
Brunch at Lan Kwai Fong (opp Underworld)
Do the beach hopping thingy.
Visit Pantai Cenang, Pantai Kok and Tanjong Rhu beaches.
Dinner at Wonderland for seafood. Cheap!!!
